Typical Accountabilities:
• Leads HR technology change and manages projects

• Typically manages a team of business analysts, technical consultants, training and other personnel responsible for project delivery and the operation of Human resources systems.

• Manages relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into solutions and benefits are understood and delivered on schedule and within budget

• Ensures a smooth transition from project stage to business as usual within their area of responsibility

• Manages a particular technical upgrade or release (when required) liaising with the Release & Testing Manager

• Ensures appropriate resources are available for a particular project liaising with the programme officer and other project managers

• Collaborates with the System supplier management function and with 3rd party suppliers to ensure adherence to project delivery standards

• Drives resolution of project risks and issues across all projects

• Manages a project resource pool to ensure resources are available when needed and to effectively manage costs

• Essential: Educated to Degree Level
• Desirable: Studying for Post Graduate HR Qualification

• Internal (to AZ or team): Own Team; Human resources Business partners; Human Resource Centres of excellence
• External (to AZ): Systems managers

Compensation Pay Range:

109,263.20 - 163,894.80 USD Annual

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
